About the Collective
The modern medical system is crumbling. Many of us have felt trapped, burned out, or silenced within it. We’re the nurses who finally said enough.
The Unregistered Nurses Collective is a global sisterhood for all nurses—registered, unregistered, retired, and in transition—who are ready to reclaim their health, their voice, and their freedom. Whether you’ve already stepped away or are still inside the system trying to find your way out, this is your home.
We know the truth: nurses have spent years pouring into everyone else while running on empty themselves. Too many have lost touch with their own health, happiness, and purpose. This Collective exists to bring the healers back to health—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Together, we rise beyond titles and licenses to rediscover what called us to healing in the first place: human connection, empowerment, truth, and abundance.
For the nurses ready to live well, feel strong, and rise free.
Meet the Founder
I’m Corrie Bignell—The Unregistered Nurse.
After more than 20 years in nursing, I walked away from a career that was making me deeply unwell. At the time, I didn’t realize how toxic the profession had become to my physical, mental, and emotional health. It was only after I left that I could finally see how much of myself I had sacrificed in the name of service.
That awakening became my mission—to help nurses heal. To guide them back to health, strength, and freedom. To remind them that their worth isn’t tied to a title, a uniform, or a system.
You don’t have to leave nursing to find balance, but you do have to start prioritizing yourself. Through the Unregistered Nurses Collective, I’m creating a space for nurses to rise—together—in health, truth, abundance, and community.

For Nurses Still Registered
Still holding your license but craving freedom? We’ve got you. We understand the fear, the identity crisis, and the courage it takes to walk away. Inside the Collective, you’ll find guidance, support, and real stories from nurses who’ve been where you are—and made it out the other side.
